Operations Scheduling Coordinator

Job Summary:

At SignGlasses we provide interpreting services, captioning services, and platform scheduling services specialized for business, engineering, education, medical and healthcare, legal, and more.

As an Operations Scheduling Coordinator you will be responsible for scheduling and interacting with service providers, interpreters, captioners and team members. Maintaining schedule reporting and project timeline. Fully remote position, health benefits and flexible PTO included.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing service requests

  • Maintain interpreters and captioners availability calendar and post available jobs

  • Schedule interpreting and captioning assignments

  • Assist with project management by scheduling assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues

  • Support with schedule forecast and prediction

  • Support with the onboarding and training of new interpreters and captioners

  • Upholding company standards and values when performing scheduling tasks

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualification:

  • 1+ years of work experience in scheduling

  • Fluent in ASL a plus

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Understanding of of basic computer skills; G-suite a plus

  • Works well in virtual group setting

  • Excellent communication and organization skills

  • Able to manage time effectively and independently

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environment

  • Understanding the role and responsibilities of video remote interpreting services
